I love this guy. He reminds me of Zach Galifianakis, except with the cutest little girl named Sophie. The first video Ive ever seen he was instructing dads on how to use their children to get a work out. One of his moves involved doing arm lifts with a baby in a onesie. Ive recently found this video of a young Sophie and love it. Hope it puts a smile on your face :).
